* Patients aged 21 years and above * Healthy patients (ASA I) * Patients who are not allergic to the drugs and local anesthetic agents used

Exclusion criteria

* Patients who are on concurrent treatment with NSAIDs or corticosteroids * Patients with pericoronitis or periapical infection
