Inclusion criteria
* American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) risk class I-II, * Undergoing tympanomastoidectomy
Exclusion criteria
* Morbid obesity * Opioid sensitivity Alcohol or drug addiction * Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease * Coronary artery disease, * Congestive heart failure * Pronounced anemia * Have a history of liver or kidney disease
