Inclusion criteria
* Healthy * non-smokers * diet accordance with the Nordic Nutrition Recommendations * BMI: 18.5-25 kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
* metabolic disorders * food allergies * no probiotics or other food /supplement which may interfere with the study
