* ≥18,Advanced Non-squamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Confirmed by Histopathology * Potentially Resectable NSCLC * Treatment Plan is Crizotinb or Standard Chemotherapy

* Patients with contraindication of chemotherapy * Pregnant or breast feeding women
