* Volunteer to take part in the study * Healthy patients * Patients signing the informed consent * Patients who need surgical removal of third molars

Exclusion criteria

* Hypertensive patients * Patients with nasal congestion problems * Patients allergic to lavender. * Patients under treatment with anti depressants
