Cancer group: Inclusion Criteria : * Written informed consent * Histologically confirmed oral squamous cell carcinoma

* History of cancer * Uncontrolled comorbidity Control group: Inclusion Criteria : * Written informed consent * Normal buccal mucosal surface. * Normal ENT-examination
