* Age\>20 * Receive colostomy or ileostomy * Agree to join the trial and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
* Liver cirrhosis * Renal insufficiency * Severe malnutrition * Unstable vital sign * Not suitable after evaluation by Principal Investigator
