Inclusion criteria
* Advanced non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by histology or cytology * HER2 insertion mutation-positive * Failure with first-line standard chemotherapy * with measurable lesions.
Exclusion criteria
* no measurable tumor lesions * Patients received PD-1 or Pyrotinib before
