Inclusion criteria
* Patients diagnosed as primary epilepsy either newly diagnosed or on AEDs * Aged above 18 years old * Males and females
Exclusion criteria
* Patients diagnosed as secondary epilepsy (post stroke, trauma, tumor, encephalitis, etc). * Patients diagnosed as epilepsy syndrome
