* Adult (\>/=18 years) renal transplant recipient. * Patients who have given informed consent and are willing to comply with the protocol, including the use of their peripheral blood specimens and data for subsequent research.

Exclusion criteria

-Adult (\<18 years) renal transplant recipient.
