Inclusion criteria

* patients with non-metastatic muscle invasive bladder cancer * pathology confirmed urothelial carcinoma * underwent cystectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection

Exclusion criteria

* not enough tissue for immunohistochemistry * patients with a second neoplasm
