Inclusion criteria
* age ≥18 years old; * clinically diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, according K/DOQI criteria.
Exclusion criteria
* acute kidney injury * history of kidney injury \<3 months * malignancy * pregnancy * incomplete clinical data
