Inclusion criteria

* Patients diagnosed with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).

Exclusion criteria

* Patients with concurrent infection or any documented inflammatory illness, such as arthritis or connective tissue diseases,or any other malignancy. * Pregnant women. * Severe hepatic dysfunction. * Uncontrolled hypertension.
