* planned but not already commenced radiation therapy (RT) of the chest, with or without pre-RT surgery. * signed informed consent of the participant

Exclusion criteria

* thoracic RT in the past * treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors * unstable condition affecting participation in the measurements
