Inclusion criteria

* Healthy * age 65-85 * physical activity \<2 hours pr. week.

Exclusion criteria

* age \<18 years * Injuries that prevent the subject from playing floorball * Alcohol \>14 units pr. week. * Pregnancy * Other serious conditions
