1.5%-3% Sevoflurane will be given during the cardiac surgery except cardiopulmonary bypass.

* Clinical diagnosis of congenital heart disease * Undergoing heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass

Exclusion criteria

* Pulmonary arterial hypertension * Sevoflurane allergy
