Inclusion criteria

* patients undergoing elective thoracic surgery * ASA I, II, III * scheduled \> 2 hours of surgery

Exclusion criteria

* denied patients * age under 18 years * FEV1/FVC or FEV1\<70% in preoperative pulmonary function test
