Inclusion criteria

1. Patients older than 20 years of age. 2. The first time to accept the target drug treatment (Iressa, Tarceva) treatment, diagnosis of lung cancer third or fourth stage of the women. 3. There are computer equipment at home to play the disc. 4. can speak, write, read Chinese, clear consciousness, no cognitive impairment. 5. In the medical center of Taipei, a medical department, medical or surgical clinic for treatment.
