* Osteoarthritic knee who underwent primary total knee arthroplasty

Exclusion criteria

* Abnormal coagulation or bleeding disorder * Allergy to tranexamic acid * History of thromboembolism or ischemic heart disease or cerebrovascular accident * chronic kidney disease stage 3-4
