* Physical status score \> 1 * Anesthesia of duration \> 1 hour * Visceral, orthopaedic, vascular, thoracic surgery, neurosurgery

Exclusion criteria

* Technical incapacity of accessibility to the ultrasound window * Cardiac or pulmonary transplant
