Inclusion criteria
* patients with unilateral mandibular distal extension area * Normal crown/root ratio of last premolar * co-operative patients
Exclusion criteria
* completely edentulous patient * few remaining teeth * patients exposed to radiotherapy and chemotherapy * patients with maxillary or mandibular defect
