Inclusion criteria

* Patients with non endometriosis ovarian cysts * Age between 15-40 years * Regulars menses * Signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

* Patients with Previous surgery, * Patients with infertility, * Patients with endometriosis or * Patients with suspicious of malignance
