Inclusion criteria

* Adult that present to the emergency department * Diagnosis of infection by the treating emergency physician

Exclusion criteria

* Refuse to participate * pregnancy * prisoner * Low acuity infection (localised, not requiring general treatment, without any abnormal vital parameters)
