Inclusion criteria

* Age \> 18 years * ST elevation by ECG diagnostic of STEMI * Evidency of coronary occlusion in coronariography * Signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

* Patients admitted from other hospitals * Impossibility of getting blood samples in first 6h * Declined consent
