Inclusion criteria
* Less than 12 hours after the onset of myocardial infarction symptoms * Myocardial necrosis, as evidenced by increased Creatine Kinase Isoenzyme (CK-MB) or troponin levels
Exclusion criteria
* Age under 18 years-old
