Inclusion criteria

* Healthy adults without chronic diseases * Diabetic patients who are well controlled with oral antidiabetic agents * Hypertensive patients who are well controlled with oral antihypertensive agents * Dyslipidemic patients who are well controlled with oral lipid-lowering agents

Exclusion criteria

* Malignancy * Chronic wasting disease * Long-term steroid use
