Inclusion criteria

* Suspected acute ischemic stroke and loading dose of Clopidogrel or Acetacylicacid

Exclusion criteria

* Previous treatment with platelet inhibitor * NOAC or Vitamin K-antagonist treatment * Final diagnosis other than Ischemoc stroke or Transitoric ischemic attack
