Inclusion criteria

* the patients' conscious must be clear, * vital sign is stable, * and can communicate in Mandarin Chinese or Taiwanese.

Exclusion criteria

* consciousness is unclear * and can't have effective communication to interviewer. * the patient reject to join this study.
