Inclusion criteria
* BMI \> 35 * need for bariatric operation * knee pain (VAS \> 2)
Exclusion criteria
* malignancy * poor compliance * previous bariatric operation * pregnancy * lack of knee pain (VAC \< 2) * previous knee operation
