Exclusion criteria

* Type 2 diabetes * Type 1 diabetes * Kidney disease * Liver disease * Abnormal clinical chemistry at screening * Intense physical exercise \> 2 hours per week * Use of statins or drugs affecting energy metabolism * Use of extreme diets
