Inclusion criteria

* Age \>/ 60 years * American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status 1-3 * Undergoing scheduled surgery * Giving an informed consent

Exclusion criteria

* Impaired visual and auditory disturbance * Cannot communicate with Thai language * Undergoing neurosurgery
