* Age \>20 * Patients with coronary artery disease * Patients with peripheral artery disease

Exclusion criteria

* Renal dysfunction * Hepatic dysfunction * Major surgery planned within 1 year * Malignant tumor * History of gastrointestinal bleeding * low or high platelet count
