Inclusion criteria
* Patients with systolic heart failure and New York Heart Association (NYHA) * Ischemic, hypertensive, or idiopathic etiology * Left ventricular ejection fraction less than 40%
Exclusion criteria
* Neuromuscular, Orthopedic, Neurologic and Pulmonary Diseases * Renal failure * Diabetes mellitus type II
