* Diabetes mellitus with neuropathy, * Cracked open heel with at least one fissure Grade 2,
Exclusion criteria
* Open wound, skin infection, haemorrhagic crack on feet, * Major static disorder , * Ulceration and history of ulceration, * Active haemorrhagic crack, * Hyperkeratotic disease * Diabetic arteriopathy,
