* Patients with lymphoma (any histology) relapsed after high dose chemotherapy and in partial remission, complete remission or stable disease after the last CT line that * Signed informed consent to perform an haploidentical allo-BMT using a nonmyeloablative preparative regimen and post-transplant cyclophosphamide
