* Patient undergoing major craniotomy

Exclusion criteria

* emergency surgery or traumatic patients * may need postoperative ventilatory support more than 2 days * cannot communicate * psychiatric patients * chronic use of benzodiazepine or drug abuse * cannot follow the treatment
