Inclusion criteria
patients underwent who isolated off-pump coronary artery bypass
Exclusion criteria
1. combined carotid procedures 2. preoperative cerebral haemorrhage 3. nonoperative unstable vital signs such as ventricular fibrillation or cardiac arrest
