Inclusion criteria

* primary diagnostic colonoscopy, * colonoscopy as a follow-up, * intended therapeutic colonoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

* patients younger than 18 years * pregnancy * known bowl obstructions * known inflammatory colon disease * known kidney disease * phenylketonuri * glucose-6-phospat deficiency
