* all patients undergoing ERCP with unintended cannulation or opifiacation of main pancreatic duct * age \> 17 years * signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

* intention to intervene main pancreatic duct * age \< 18 years * pregnancy * absent of signed informed consent
