Inclusion criteria

* Consecutive patients with more than one lesion ≧6mm

Exclusion criteria

* Patients with chronic inflammatory bowel disease, * advanced cancer, * insufficient bowel preparation, * familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) * Lesions ≦ 5mm and submucosal tumor (SMT).
