Inclusion criteria

* Symptomatic patients who undergo EVLA procedure for saphenous vein insufficiency

Exclusion criteria

* Patients with a history of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) * Previous varicose vein surgery or injection sclerotherapy * Patients without superficial venous incompetency
