Inclusion criteria

* Patients undergoing thoracic surgery that require the placement of left-sided double-lumen tubes

Exclusion criteria

* Preoperative hoarseness or sore throat * History of upper airway diseases * Anticipated difficult airway * Operation time longer than 6 hours
