* 18 years and older * signed informed consent * elective transurethral prostata resection
Exclusion criteria
* ASA more than 3 * kidney disease, liver disease * intolerance against bupivacaine, fentanyl, propofol og remifentanil * chronic pulmonary disease * dementia
