Inclusion criteria

* Persons aged 60 years and older and who require medical attention in the emergency rooms due to sustaining a fall.

Exclusion criteria

* A major unstable cardiopulmonary disease * Cognitive impairment * Contraindications to physical exercise * The inability to ambulate * Frail elderly.
