Healthy volunteers

Inclusion criteria

* stable ESRD * KT/V \> 1.2 for thrice weekly or \> 1.8 for twice weekly

Exclusion criteria

* Inadequate vascular access flow rate * Concurrent medical illnesses * History of non-compliance
