Healthy volunteers

Inclusion criteria

* did not receive anticoagulants or clopidogrel within 5 days preoperatively

Exclusion criteria

* history of coagulopathy * heparin resistance * receiving heparin or warfarin * hepatic or renal dysfunction * pregnancy * urgent or emergency cases
