* Patients who had been diagnosed with type II diabetes mellitus * Patients with hypertension and / or hyperlipidemia * Patients who had agreed to Informed

Exclusion criteria

* Patients who had been diagnosed with type I diabetes mellitus * Patients with neither hypertension and hyperlipidemia
