* Patients diagnosed with AMD, or * Patients diagnosed with DME * Age over 18 years * Inform consent

Exclusion criteria

* Cataract or other eye disease that may interfere with fundus examinations * Glaucoma * Dilatation of the pupil \< 5 mm
