* Dutch-speaking women * Starting a first or second IVF/ICSI cycle

Exclusion criteria

* Women suffering from * platelet dysfunction * thrombopenia * gastro-intestinal ulcers * recurrent gastritis * aspirin hypersensitivity * Women on treatment with anticoagulants or aspirin
