* Male * Age 20-55 years * Planned bariatric procedure * Helicobacter pylori negative or adequate HP eradication

Exclusion criteria

* Liver and/or kidney dysfunction * Psychiatric disease * Medication influencing androgen profile and/or bone metabolism * Weight \> 160 kg
